Magdalena Llatse Sastre és una selecció de fotografies que Manolo Guaus (1910-2006) va fer a Magdalena Llatse Sastre (1913-2009), àvia de Roger Guaus, durant les dècades dels anys quaranta i cinquanta. En aquell temps, Manolo Guaus li feia fotos de manera incansable, sense parar, una rere l’altra, sense saber fins a quin punt a ella li agradava. Sigui com sigui, aquest treball és el testimoni d'una manera de fotografiar, d’una manera de relacionar-se i, potser també, d'una manera de lluir. Magdalena Llatse Sastre és a la vegada un reconeixement a l’àvia de Roger Guaus, com una dona amb una vida marcada per la bondat i la resignació.

Magdalena Llatse Sastre is a selection of photographs that Roger Guaus grandfather Manolo Guaus (1910-2006) took to her grandmother Magdalena Llatse Sastre (1913-2009) during the 40s and 50s. At that time, Manolo Guaus shot photos tirelessly to her, without stopping, one after the other. Roger Guaus don’t know how far she liked it. Whatever the case, this work is the testimony of a way of photographing, a way of relating and, perhaps also, a way of flaunting. Magdalena Llatse Sastre is also a tribute to her grandmother, a woman with a life determined by goodness and resignation.
